We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer / Program Coordinator to join our team. This role involves for the teaching & property management to ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, as well as coordinating and managing various programs and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and education to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- **Program Coordination**:

- Coordinate and manage various programs and projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status and performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR).
- Must have green book, yellow acceptable.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
