**Working hours**:Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Saturday (9:00AM - 3:00PM)

**Human Resources**
- To do the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of paperwork, and setting up employee profiles in HR systems.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication, conflict resolution, and escalation to HR management when necessary.
- Support the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations, providing administrative assistance during review periods, and updating employee records accordingly.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations and feedback from managers.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS databases, and attendance records.
- Collect feedback from employees and contribute ideas for improving employee morale and satisfaction.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount reports, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes and practices.

**Admin**
- Maintain and perform various daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations of the company, such as office equipment and stationery, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and other daily administrative duties.
- Prepare correspondence as needed by the management. Record and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence information.
- File all incoming and outgoing correspondence with a systematic filing system.
- Prepare and submit documents to the relevant parties. Handle EPF & SOCSO contributions and other HR-related tasks.
- Monitor and follow up on any tasks assigned.
- Coordinate and assist with other sections or departments as needed to support smooth operations, thereby achieving departmental objectives.
- Perform any other duties that may be required by the management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
