1. Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff
2. Oversees the daily workflow of the department
3. Manage HR operation of the company
4. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
5. Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
6. Ad-hoc tasks such as Clerical tasks and Customer service and Operation duties
7. Handle and conduct Training for staff
8. Have knowledge in preparing KPI for staff
Misc.
1. Working hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
3. Minimum 2 years experience Human Resource Management
4. Good working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and prevailing human resource practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
