Job Summary
Responsible to assist all matters related to all Human Resources and Admin related matter.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling all Corporate Affairs, HR, and Administrative matters, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, updating employee files, and preparing HR letters and reports.
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, and selection, including liaising with HODs on staffing needs and ensuring timely and quality HR operations.
- Maintain systems for monitoring talent development and performance management.
- Enforce employee relations policies and ensure compliance with regulations and the company's code of conduct to promote a harmonious working environment.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve internal communication and employee engagement.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other Corporate Affairs, HR, and Admin duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR and Admin functions is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Malaysia Labor Laws.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM3,600.00 per month
