HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain up to date information of employees in the HR Information System.
2.Ensure personnel files are kept up to date - filing of private and confidential files
3.Assist payroll and staff claims.
4. Prepare HR & Admin P&C Letters (Offer Letter, Promotion Letter, Confirmation
Letter, etc) and Memo,
5.Prepare and handling staffs' loan agreement,
6.Monitoring staffs' leave and attendance.
7.Handling panel clinic matters
8.Manage and assist employees' queries about company HR related issues or
complains.
9.Attend to employees' grievances and provide guidance.
10. Handling staffing process from recruitment to on boarding and exit process.
11. Handle disciplinary matters.
13. Update staff list and salary list.
14. Update MYOB and admin project cash.
15. Assist in updating employee handbook.
16. Assist in ad hoc as assigned and when required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
