Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events.
- Arrange meals for events, meetings or in-house training.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with ISO documentation and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare minutes of department meeting.
- Perform ad-hoc and HR and Admin tasks as required.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
