**Job Purpose**:
To support day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin Department by handling essential administrative and HR-related tasks while covering for a staff member on maternity leave. This internship provides exposure to core HR functions and office administration, with hands-on responsibilities that ensure continuity of operations during the maternity cover period.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Duties**:

- Assist in recruitment processes (e.g., screening, interview scheduling, reference checks).
- Update and maintain employee records, both digital and physical.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheet tracking.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation (e.g., employment verification, warning letters).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Help organize internal HR programs, staff events, or trainings.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Support procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Manage meeting room bookings and internal calendar coordination.
- Assist in organizing company events and celebrations.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Ensure confidentiality and data privacy of all employee and company information.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the HR Head or Management.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and responsibility in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
- Able to commit full-time during the internship period.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
