Admin Executive

**Job requirement**:
- At least 2 years of experience in admin role
Proficiency in Malay and English
- Responsible & able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Help the senior executive maintain and update the client list, including making calls to verify and update contact information.
- Compile and maintain an accurate and up-to-date telephone directory with contact numbers and addresses.
- Provide receptionist services and act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Assist in managing the electronic calendar, prioritizing appointments, and rescheduling when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Maintain good filing system and retrieval of records
**Tasks**:
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, accurately recording messages.
- Direct calls and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointments and arrange meetings as required.
- Source and order office stationery and equipment as needed.
- Manage physical document filing, ensuring proper organization of original documents also keep the electronic scanning documentation.
- Assist the senior for HR documentation.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks or special projects as needed by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
