- Maintain employees confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Keep track of new staff join & resigned staff information in SQL payroll system.
- Assist check outlets staff attendance and calculate staff OT and key in staff OT into SQL payroll system. Complete the payroll process.
- Submission monthly statutory, include KWSP, Socso, EIS & HRDF.
- Handle ad-hoc task as required / any others duties when as assigned
- Must have own car and willing to travel when necessary.
- Possess SPM/STPM/Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to converse in English & Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (optional)
- Pleasant personality, responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn attitude
- Able to work independently with less supervision
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
