**Working Days: Mon - Fri**

**Working Hours: 8:30am-6:15pm**

**Location: Klang**

**Responsibilities**:
Assist the manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the manager.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to the manager.

Handle and oversee projects assigned by the manager, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

Identify potential risks or challenges in projects and propose solutions.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all projects under the manager’s purview.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Requirement**:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years in an administrative or assistant role, with experience in project management being an advantage.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
