Menjalankan tugas Pengambilan Pekerja
- Mencari Sumber Pekerja-Pengiklanan
- Semakan Borang Permohonan
- Menyusun dan mengatur penjadualan untu sesi temuduga
- Mengatur temuduga
- Semakan Latar belakang Dengan Majikan Sekarang/Lama
- Surat Tawaran
- Orientasi kepada pekerja baru
- Kad Kedatangan
- Kad Pekerja dan Pakaian Seragam
Mengendalikan Pembangunan Latihan-Menyediakan Pelan Latihan Tahunan bagi setiap 6 bulan.
- Memantau Latihan Dalaman di jalankan oleh pegawai setiap jabatan
- Latihan Luaran yang diluluskan oleh Pengurusan Atasan
- Cross-Departmental Training
- Menjalankan Penilaian Latihan (training evaluation) untuk menilai apakah program latihan pekerja sejajar dan memenuhi tujuan dan objektif syarikat.
- Merekod dan menyimpan sijil-sijil latihan di dalam fail pekerja
Menyediakan surat-surat yang berkaitan:
- Surat Pemberitahuan
- Surat Pengesahan Majikan
- Surat penerimaan perletakkan jawatan
- Surat Promotion
- Surat Pertukaran
- Surat Tunjuk Sebab
- Surat Amaran
- Pekeliling atau Memorandum
Mengendalikan Perkara Hubungan Dengan Anggota Kerja-Kebajikan
- Motivasi
- Pekerja Terbaik Bulanan (Gold Card)
- Syif Terbaik
- Sambutan Harijadi
- Team Building
Membantu mengendalikan Perkara Hubungan Industri dan Disiplin-Kaunseling
- Surat Amaran
- Siasatan Dalaman
- Kad Kuning (Yellow Card)
Mengendalikan Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan (PTK) setiap enam bulan untuk Skill Chart.
PTK adalah satu kaedah untuk menilai seseorang pegawai sama ada mencapai tahap kecemerlangan yang ditetapkan.
Mengemaskinikan carta organisasi dan jumlah pekerja pada setiap bulan.
Memajukan senarai nama terkini anggota kerja yang masuk dan berhenti pada setiap bulan kepada Bahagian Akaun.
Mengendalikan lawatan luar oleh pusat pengajian/institusi kemahiran setelah mendapat kelulusan Pengurusan atasan.
Mencadang dan mengendalikan pengambilan pelajar untuk latihan industri dibahagian dan jabatan yang bersesuaian.
Memastikan permohonan bantuan Geran Latihan dan Tuntutan PSMB dibuat sebelum dan selepas latihan dijalankan.
Menyediakan laporan tenaga kerja dan memajukan laporan tersebut kpd Ketua Jabatan AAHR atau Ketua Seksyen HR untuk dibentangkan di Mesyuarat Mingguan.
Menyediakan laporan 'Management Review Meeting' setiap 3 bulan.
Menyediakan 'Management Action Plan' setiap 3 bulan.
Menyediakan proposal 'Business Review Meeting' untuk bahagian Sumber Manusia.
Memastikan KPI / target bahagian dipantau dan dicapai pada setiap penggal dan membuat analisis untuk setiap pencapaian target tersebut.
Menjalankan kajian soal selidik tahap kepuasan anggota kerja syarikat.
Mencadangkan kempen-kempen yang bersesuaian pada setiap bulan.
Mematuhi dan melaksanakan segala arahan dan kaedah kerja yg telah ditetapkan didalam Manual TS16949/QS 9000/ ISO 9001
Menyemak permohonan kerja lebih masa anggota kerja disetiap jabatan/bahagian.
Menyemak permohonan cuti anggota kerja syarikat dan memastikan ianya direkodkan oleh kerani yang dipertanggungjawabkan.
Memastikan stok bekalan pejabat seperti alat tulis, uniform, t-shirt, topi dan kad ID mencukupi untuk kegunaan anggota kerja.
Memastikan keceriaan, kebersihan dan keselamatan Jabatan dan pelaksanaan Amalan Persekitaran Berkualiti 5S
Menjalankan audit 5s dan audit keselamatan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
