We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Executive to join our team.

**Jobscope/ responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth orientation process for new hires.
- Liaise with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide HR support.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and filing systems.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Manage staff leave, attendance records, and monthly HR reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support a positive working environment.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
- Support in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee counseling.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely submission of evaluation forms.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal/external training programs.
- Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and policies.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant HR information.
- Support management with any ad-hoc HR tasks or projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in HR or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
