1. Responsible for implementation and execution of the Human Resources Policies, strategies and practices.
2. Responsible for review development and implementation of system, procedure and processes to improve the department’s operational efficiency.
3. Update documents such as job description, policies, performance appraisal form, SOP and any other HR related document.
4. Organizing training session or training for employee and ensuring employee are fully equipped with skills and knowledge in performing their duties.
5. Ensure the company’s workforce management, administration of human resources and labour practices are in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
6. Responsible in overall administration of office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
