Human Resource Business Partners

**Responsibilities**:
- Execute and adapt - in collaboration with senior leaders - the people strategy and HR agenda for Coesia and ensure that business strategies are in line to support overall human capital strategy.
- Implement change management projects organizational development, in cooperation with APAC HR BP and International HR, at HQ level.
- Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, manpower planning, recruiting and hiring, delivery of HR initiatives, talent management, performance review & compensation & benefits according to Coesia guidelines.
- Actively review HR policies and processes to provide continuous improvement to the organization.
- Maintain compliance with labour regulations, tax and reporting requirements.
- Oversee payroll outsourcing and approvals, local taxation and other required reporting or payments to local authorities.
- Facilitate international mobility by coordinating expatriation and repatriation of employees according to HQ guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- **A bachelor's degree **or equivalent.
- **At least 5 years of strategic and hands-on experience to execute HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence.**:
- A personable individual with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong execution focus and results-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to set priorities in parallel.
- Comfortable working within a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- High level of integrity and trustworthy.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- **Excellent communication skills in English** as need to deal with multiple countries partners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
