**HR MANAGER**

Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions which include manpower planning & sourcing, training & development, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
- Talent acquisitions include end to end recruitment and selection process including arrange for interview and collaborate with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
- Monitor the maintenance of current Job Descriptions, Organization Chart, Employee Handbook, rules and regulations, salary grades, benefit packages and etc.

**Qualification：**

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Familiar with HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Familiarity with labor laws, employment standards, and compliance requirements is essential.

Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Human Resource field.

Good communication in Malay, English and leadership skills.

Experience recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, conducting interviews, managing hiring process.

Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
