**About the Company** A global leading IT & logistic service provider company **Responsibilities**: - Payroll (Salary). - Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. - Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. - Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; and designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs. - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings. - IR & ER related matters: grievance / counselling / disciplinary among the employees are well addressed within the agreed timeline and promote a harmonious working environment. - Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records. - OT claim & Leave Approval. - Procurement & Contract. - Ad Hoc Administrative Duties. **Job Requirements**: - Possesses Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field. - At least 10 years of experience as General HR is preferable. - Required skills: Word, Excel (Vlookup), PowerPoint - Good communication skills **Additional Information**: Industry: Logistic service provider Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 0800 - 1700 If you're interested in this position, click "APPLY NOW" **Salary**: From RM6,000.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday
