CEO's Secretary/personal Assistant

We are seeking an organized, proactive, quick witted and highly skilled individual to serve as the Secretary/Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role demands a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide full range of secretarial support to CEO which include but may not limited to, arranging appointments or travel plans, maintaining CEO’s schedule, and coordinating meetings.
- Handle personal administrative tasks for the CEO as required (e.g., personal errands, managing household needs, etc.).
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties which includes greeting and signing in guests, answering phones and accepting incoming deliveries.
- Serve as the liaison between CEO and the driver, which is also include but not limited to, managing driver’s overtime time sheet and logistic when traveling.
- Assist to coordinate with internal and external parties on matters related to office administration, office management activities and Board of Trustees matters.
- Assist to maintain proper document management (physical and digital) to ensure all office documents are secured and traceable.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Deliver any other operational and administrative assignments as provided by the Chief Executive Officer, Heads and Administration Manager from time to time
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years' working experience experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software/tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
