We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior HR**with a strong interest and focus in **recruitment and talent acquisition**. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting overall HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes:

- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Screening and shortlisting resumes
- Arranging and coordinating interviews
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and tracking systems.
- Support onboarding activities such as offer letter issuance, documentation, and orientation coordination.
- Provide general administrative support across HR functions when required.
- Ensure recruitment activities are in line with company policies and labor regulations.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
