We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented **Junior Payroll & Billing Executive** to join our team. In this role, you'll help with the day-to-day payroll and billing operations for both our internal staff and our clients, ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time.

**Your Role as a Junior Payroll & Billing Executive**
- Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for both internal staff and clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all Malaysian statutory requirements (**EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB**).
- Review and input payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and employee changes.
- Help prepare and check payroll reports, statutory submissions, and payslips.
- Perform basic payroll reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Communicate with clients to provide support and ensure great service.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency.
- Provide support during payroll system updates and implementations.
**What Makes You a Strong Fit**
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on payroll or accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (**EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB**).
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
