To perform full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll calculation, allowances / OT claims administration others in timely manner.
- Responsible monthly sales commission and staffs purchase.
- Responsible in submission of employees’ statutory payment to the authorities before due date.
- Preparation of pay-slip for employees.
- Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies
- Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to cutting checks.
- Administer due compliance of all Malaysia Government which affect employment, such as Employment/Industrial Relations.
- Maintain compliant policies and procedures for processing payroll checks
- Record employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to Head of HR Department.
- Assists any ad-hoc assign by team lead and manager.
- To prepare HR letters and other related documents.
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
Schedule:
