**Responsibilities**:
- To manage full spectrum of HR and admin functions including payroll, compensation & benefits administration, HR documentation and administration
- Responsible for accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for group of companies.
- Ensure payroll related documents properly maintained for internal and external audit purpose.
- Ensure all statutory proper computation and timelines of statutory submissions.
- Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and always ensuring confidentiality
- Attend to queries by employees on payroll related issues, medical claims and leave.
- Assisting in recruitment when required by scheduling and arranging for interview, handling offer process, pre-employment check and other pertinent details
- Ensure personnel files are well organized, maintained, kept up-to-date and follows rules and regulations of the Company.
- Monitoring staff confirmation/contract expiry.
- Handle staff resignation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of HR policies and relevant laws applicable to the scope of HR function.
- To prepare to relevant Letter or Memo for internal & external circulation.
- Support and assist any other ad-hoc HR assignments/ events/ activities.
- Process monthly statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, and other contributions.
- Register Employment Insurance System (EIS), CP21, CP22, and CP22A on a monthly basis.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Management
- Minimum with 2- years hands-on experience in a wide spectrum of human resources functions including payroll administration and recruitment.
- Experienced in **HR2000 (Quick pay)**:
- Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, independent and result oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
