**Responsibilities**
- Preparation and administration of HR-related documentations such as employment contract, confirmation letters, increments, resignations, promotions & other HR related letters.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance reports and system
- Prepare and submit HR reports in a timely manner
- Ensure HR database, Payroll system and Personnel files are well organized, maintained, and kept up to date.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
- Ensure filing of all compliance documents are in order (Payroll reports & Statutory contributions)
- Handle Paramedic claims and preparing Paramedic Monthly Summary Report.
- Assist with the medical insurance administration for employees’ including the addition and termination of member’s medical insurance coverage.
- Plan and coordinate internal trainings and assist with external trainings or company activities/events when required
- Handle staff enquiries on HR matters and any ad-hoc administrative task from time to time.
- Assist with HR process such as Recruitment, Admin & Payroll procedure for HOL Sisters companies as well.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous work experience in Human Resource or administration field are an added advantage.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as HR Executive.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
- One (1) working Saturday per month for compulsory training.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
- Available immediately
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Job training will be given
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
