About the Role:

Are you someone who loves making things happen and seeing the results of your work come to life? We're looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team in driving HR operations and initiatives. This is more than just a support role—it's a chance to build deep HR expertise, gain exposure to HR strategy, and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the backbone of HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily processes.
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and initiatives, turning ideas into actionable results that enhance the employee experience.
  • Prepare HR reports, internal communications, and documentation to support HR decision-making.
  • Bridge communication across teams and languages (Mandarin, English, Malay) to ensure HR policies and initiatives are clearly understood and effectively executed.
  • Support the HRBP in ad-hoc tasks, providing reliable operational support and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Prior HR experience with knowledge of core HR processes.
  • Strong execution skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive or routine tasks accurately.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Malay to liaise with stakeholders and clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., BIPO).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a mindset for growth in HR.
