Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior HR Executive to manage foreign worker operations and company-wide HR administration. This is a hands on role suited for someone who can handle site HR matters and ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full scope of foreign worker management (recruitment, permit renewal, accommodation, welfare, disciplinary)
  • Maintain CIDB, JTK and project site HR compliance.
  • Manage HR administration : contracts, personal files, claims, leaves, HR documentation.
  • Support payroll preparation & HR reporting
  • Handle employee relations and basic IR issues.
  • Liaise with agencies, site teams, and government bodies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Construction industry experience is required.
  • PREFERABLY MALE.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign worker processes & compliance.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and IR basics.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
