We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 
Senior Regional HR Executive
 to support HR operations across multiple countries in the region (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong). You will work closely with business leaders, and employees to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate payroll coordination, and a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Lead recruitment efforts, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Onboarding:

Oversee new hire orientation and ensure all administrative tasks (contracts, benefits enrollment) are completed accurately.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Manage probation confirmation, employee engagement, performance evaluations, ensuring smooth transitions from hiring through promotions and offboarding.

Offboarding:

Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance with termination policies and benefits procedures.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, generate regular HR reports using the HRMS and Excel, and maintain accurate records for all employees.

HRMS System Management:

Maintain employee data and payroll in the HRMS.

Assist in transitioning manual HR processes to the HRMS to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Troubleshoot HRMS issues and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of HR experience, including HRMS management and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and performance management
  • Proven ability to analyze HR data, create reports, and present findings using Excel.
  • Knowledge of regional labor laws is an added advantage.
  • Experience in streamlining or digitizing HR processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
