We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various functions. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
**2. Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance as needed.
- Assist in the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
**3. HR Administration**:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle HR-related documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
**4. Employee Engagement**:
- Organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate on initiatives to boost employee morale and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in HR-related roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
