**Main Duty**

To manages schedules, arranges assignments, prepares action plans, analyzes risks/opportunities, gathers necessary resources and communicates progress to team members. The ultimate goal is ensuring the projects of a company are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget in compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety and Health policy, procedures and work instructions.

**Scope of Work**
- The liaison officer of the Department with other departments, Clients and Government agencies related to the projects, operations within the scope of responsibilities
- Assisting Head of Projects and Operations Manager in coordination of day to day operations of the Operations Department
- Record keeping and updates of operations and contract personnel movement and assignment
- Submission of Weekly Manpower Loading as agreed with Head of Projects and Operations Manager
- Receiving and keeping records of operations personnel matters i.e. leaves, training and competencies with coordination with Human Resources & Admin. Department (HRD)
- Verify, calculate and tabulate overtime, allowance and payroll of operations and contract personnel
- Recommend for payment to the Head of Projects and Operations Manager of operations and contract personnel payroll, allowance and overtime
- Facilitate mobilization/ de-mobilization i.e. lodging, accommodation and manpower logistic planning i.e. site transportation, air tickets etc.
- Liaison with other project team on manpower supplies matters
- Review and summarize claims from 3rd party i.e. Vendor, Contractor, Supplier, Manpower Supply etc.
- The administrator at site office if he/ she is assigned to and provides site support, where necessary.
- To cooperate and follow all company rules and regulations and understanding all company policies, procedures and work instructions which related to the duties and follow quality, environment, safety and health system.

**Job Specification**

Education Attainment:Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Work Experience:Minimum 2 years

- Male/ Female
- Min. age 25 years’ old
- Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
