Welcome to a role where business finance meets biological innovation. Be the finance responsible and drive P/L value creation together with the Senior Vice President for F&B in the APAC region and the APAC leadership team. The sales area holds huge potential for BioSolutions and covers the exciting and highly diverse region of Greater China, Southeast Asia, incl. Japan, Korea and Oceania

**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:

- Acting as co-pilot and sparring partner to the Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage BioSolutions in APAC.
- Ensure financial insight will be translated into strategic choices in line with the regional strategic direction
- Driving the financial annual wheel processes as monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews and yearly budgets
- Engaging in performance dialogues with the commercial organization and action gaps to targets
- Being an active member of the commercial regional leadership team as well as the global business finance Food and Beverage BioSolutions team. You will report to the Global Head of business Finance, Food and Beverage solutions.
- Driving insights and continuous excellence in business processes including S&OP, pricing, sales pipeline, business development and market insights

**To succeed you must hold**:

- Master's/MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar
- 5+ years of relevant business finance experience
- Solid finance foundation with strong analytical and communication capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders
- Fluent English: Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
- Ability to manage uncertainty with a robust personality that enjoys being part of a global team
- Self-driven, easy-going approach and courage to challenge the business
