**Strategic Sourcing & Procurement**
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and long-term supplier partnerships.
- Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, equipment, and services required for operations.
**Vendor Management & Performance**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.
- Conduct regular vendor audits and manage supplier performance improvement programs.
- Maintain and update an approved vendor list in compliance with company policies.
**Purchasing Operations**
- Oversee daily purchasing activities including purchase requisitions, orders, delivery follow-ups, and inventory coordination.
- Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices for accuracy.
- Ensure materials and supplies are available to meet production and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand, manage lead times, and resolve procurement-related issues.
**Cost Control & Reporting**
- Develop cost-reduction initiatives and monitor procurement budgets.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports, spend analyses, and management dashboards.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
**Compliance & Governance**
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ISO/IATF standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and certifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement procedures, risk management, and ethical sourcing.
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with overall business objectives.
