Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and long-term supplier partnerships.
  • Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, equipment, and services required for operations.

Vendor Management & Performance

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and contractors.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service standards.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits and manage supplier performance improvement programs.
  • Maintain and update an approved vendor list in compliance with company policies.

Purchasing Operations

  • Oversee daily purchasing activities including purchase requisitions, orders, delivery follow-ups, and inventory coordination.
  • Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Orders (DOs), and invoices for accuracy.
  • Ensure materials and supplies are available to meet production and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand, manage lead times, and resolve procurement-related issues.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Develop cost-reduction initiatives and monitor procurement budgets.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports, spend analyses, and management dashboards.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ISO/IATF standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and certifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement procedures, risk management, and ethical sourcing.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with overall business objectives.
