Job Description: -

· Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.

· Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance with specifications.

· Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.

· Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion.

· Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans.

· Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

· Analyze cost structure and identify cost saving opportunities in the supply chain.

· Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement and project costs without compromising quality.

Requirement(s):-

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Foster strong relationship with internal and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in sourcing and project execution.
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic proficiency in written and spoken mandarin.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence suppliers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): ERP/ Computer literate & proficient in MS Excel (Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantages).
  • Willing to travel or outstation when required.
  • Willing to work at Serendah Rawang Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
