RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to Building Manager / Facility Manager
- Responsible for overall general office administrative duties including data entry, filing, reception duties and information channeling
- Maintain office inventory & supplies
- Maintain client & vendor database
- Attend phone call, walk-in & email enquiries or complaints
- Prepare internal and external correspondences including memos, letters, notices, reports & presentations
- Assist in procurement & expenditure requisition such as sourcing for quotations, tabling comparisons and preparing purchase orders
- Assist in arranging for appointments/meetings and take notes/minutes where necessary
- Ensure smooth and running efficiency of the building management office
- Provide assistance to the Accounts Executive such as data entry, office inventory, documentation, following-up with outstanding defaulters, collection of service charges
- Handling and follow-up on residents / owners' complaints
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as may be reasonably required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in both written and spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate
- Possess good personality and PR skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently/ team, posirive and proactive
- Possess own tranport and willing to travel
- Full-Time position(s) available.
