**The Company**

Our client is an established logistics company who provides airfreight, ocean freight and contract logistics solutions across more than 120 locations globally.

Reporting to the Global Account Management Senior Director, the Regional Account Manager will manage complex networks and influence internal and external decision makers. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for business retention, development, and tactical and strategic responsibilities.

**The Regional Account Manager will be responsible to**:

- Generate weekly reports on sound station financial management practices.
- Collaborate with managers and collections agencies to address specific accounts.
- Manage credit terms and amounts to comply with established policies.
- Establish stop-limit policies and oversee bad debt provisions and write-offs.
- Generate reports indicating past-due amounts by location/client.
- Manage SG&A cost functions to efficiently procurement activities.
- Oversee fixed asset management and tracking.
- Support P&L review and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Implement and support business intelligence data for KPI tracking.
- Interact with offices and departments for smooth financial close processes.
- Streamline and improve accounting processes.

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong knowledge in Energy / Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in CRM systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, multitasker, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM15,000.00 per month
