Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues following standard procedures.
- Maintain records of customer issues and solutions for future reference.
- Test and evaluate new technology to improve system performance.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of manuals and notes.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
