In-charge of all office administration works and system upgrade, documentations / filing / storage / billing / repairs / services and related.
- To arrange for recruitment advertisement, arrange interview appointment and liaise with HQ-HR on approval and Letter of Appointment and etc.
- To verify on all staff timesheet and liaise with individual department head on necessary documents (leave form, medical chit, etc).
- To issue all HR letters and related correspondences.
- To work closely with HQ-HR on company policies, payroll and related.
- Prepare monthly reports on staff cost, staff turnover, leaves, attendance, etc.
- To provide assistance to other departments, purchase stationery / company assets.
- To perform any other duties as and when required by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Possess high confidentiality, meticulous and accuracy in work.
- Initiative, hardworking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to communicate well with people at all level.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full Time position(s) available.
