Recruitment Supervisor/team Leader

1. **Recruitment and Selection**
a. Administers all recruitment processes for a recruiting demand plans by the company.
b. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
d. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites by providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
e. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
f. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
g. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
h. Establishing recruitment strategy and to ensure it will align with company’s policies.
i. Arrange and manage all interview activities and schedules.
j. Improve all recruitment and selection SOP / WI / Flowchart.
k. To prepare and update a comprehensive recruitment report for management’s view.
l. Assisting in preparing manpower budget and ensure effective budgetary control of the actual and plan.
2. **On boarding and Off boarding Process**
a) To prepare and update all materials related to these processes and to ensure all materials are meeting up with company’s standard.
b) In-charged on scheduling and communicate with all relevant department pertaining to new comers / hires of all level of company’s employees.
c) Represent HR department in conducting orientation training for all new hires.
d) Monitor the processes of new hire’s and staff movement from their first day joining, after completing one week, one month, three months and up to completion of their probationary period, including on employees’ transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, conversion and resignation.
e) To update employee Master File and company JTS system
f) To conduct exit interview process for resigned employees.
Establish and update monthly report on employees’ movement.
3. **Performance Management**
a) Ensure all confirmation process is done within the required time frame.
b) Assist in yearly bonus & increment performance evaluation process.
c) Prepare confirmation letters, BIP letters & maintain up-to-date records.
4. **Employee Management**
a) Keeping track on employee turnover and attrition rate.
b) Payroll verification.
c) Liaise with supervisor & manager on employee disciplinary issue.
d) Counseling session with employee.
e) Prepare showcause letter and warning letter.
f) Maintain disciplinary issue records.
g) Assist and coordinate in Domestic Inquiry.
h) Liase with JTK or IR department for employee related matters
5. **Execute employee engagement program and promotion activities.**
Involve actively with employee engagement program
Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum Degree in relevant area related to Human Resource or Business
Administration or equivalent.
- Familiar with Recruitment & Selection, Industrial Relation and
- At least 5 years working experiences in related field.
**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent in follow up and detailed oriented.
- Excellent knowledge in computer literate, MS OFFICE(Excel, Words, Presentation)
- Planning & organizing skills.
- Good spoken & written in Mandarin, English & Bahasa.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
