Human Resources Supervisor

The responsibilities of the HR Exe Supervisor are those involving recruitment, training and appraisal with respect to the Quality Management is overall responsible for the sustenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, within the defined scope of certification, for:
**Yew Lee Pacific Group Berhad and/or Yew Lee Pacific Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd.**
When exercising the duties during work days, specific responsibilities and authorities of the HR Exe Supervisor include:
To address conflicts among employees, investigate employee problems, and work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action.
Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Identify and address employee issues regarding performance by arranging training where required, and discussing and helping to assist with career growth.
Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.
Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.
To liaise with all relevant government statutory departments for the purpose of payroll and foreign workers recruiting.
Training, onboarding and supervising junior clerks.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
