1. Manage and maintain close relation with customers, OEM and other potential stakeholders for successful management of the company contracts and key accounts.

2. Prepare and lead commercial and contractual negotiations with OEMs and Customers.

3. Ensure Customer's requirement and expectations are met. Guaranty Customer's satisfaction.

4. Ensure contract performance and profitability.

5. Grow the business with the existing customers or new opportunities.

6. Participate in Sales Forecast

7. Identify and build up efficient Customers networking plan. Formalize stakeholders' map

8. Oversees cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.

9. Any other relevant tasks given by the Head of CSD.
Global Turbine Asia Sdn Bhd (GTA)is a registered company incorporated in Malaysia, on the 2nd February 2010. GTA is the local representative and Certified Maintenance Centre of Safran Helicopter Engines in Malaysia supporting private as well as public customers and participates
the In-service Support for the TP400-D6 engine powering the four A400M aircrafts.
