**Deskripsi Jawatan**:
Kami sedang mencari calon yang **petah berbicara, yakin dan bermotivasi tinggi** untuk menyertai pasukan **Telesales** kami. Anda akan menghubungi pelanggan berpotensi, memperkenalkan program latihan kami dan menutup jualan melalui telefon.

**Tanggungjawab**:

- Membuat panggilan keluar kepada pelanggan korporat & individu.
- Mempromosikan program latihan syarikat secara profesional.
- Kenal pasti keperluan pelanggan dan cadangkan kursus yang sesuai.
- Susun temujanji & ikuti prospek secara berkala.
- Capai sasaran jualan bulanan yang ditetapkan.
- Kemas kini maklumat pelanggan dalam sistem.

**Kelayakan**:

- Minimum Diploma dalam apa-apa bidang.
- Minat dalam jualan dan komunikasi melalui telefon.
- Petah bercakap, mesra dan berkeyakinan.
- Bermotivasi, mampu bekerja dalam tekanan dan ikut KPI.
- Pengalaman dalam telesales satu kelebihan tetapi **latihan disediakan**.

**Faedah**:

- Gaji asas tetap + Komisen tanpa had
- Bonus Prestasi
