Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment- Work closely with both Data and Innovation team to align AI, Analytics, and Data Management initiatives with business priorities.- Maintain a combined roadmap for data platform development, analytics projects, and AI solutions.

Project Management- Lead and facilitate project planning sessions, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.- Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying variances.- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and challenges.- Manage project closure activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder sign-off.- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

Portfolio & Program Management- Track project dependencies, e.g., AI models can’t launch until certain data pipelines are ready.- Track benefits and status of AI and Data initiatives.- Track metrics for: Data Health (accuracy, completeness, timeliness), AI Performance (model accuracy, business impact), Adoption Rates (how much AI/data outputs are used in decisions)- Deck preparation for management meeting. Review, consolidate, and prepare annual reporting decks, including examples such as yearly sustainability reporting or AI adoption impact summaries.- Coordinate Monthly AI committee meeting. Plan, coordinate, and manage AI Committee meetings, including:
- _Reviewing and updating Terms of Reference (TOR) annually_- _Defining or revising TOR for new initiatives_- _Sending invitations and confirming attendees_- _Preparing decks, minutes of meeting (MOM), and action item trackers_- _Coordinating special sessions such as yearly AI events_- Awareness workshop - work closely with AI & Data teams to coordinate workshops for awareness, training, and use case ideation for data and innovation team.- Standards & Best Practices. Develop templates, reporting formats, and checklists for AI and data projects. Promote data literacy and AI literacy across the organization. Document reusable data pipelines, AI models, and visualization templates.

Data Quality & Data Governance
- Develop and implement data quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and gaps in data.
- Collaborate with various departments to cleanse, validate, and enrich data sets
- Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
- Monitor data quality metrics and report on data health.
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve data quality and prevent future issues.
- Provide training and support to users on data quality principles and tools.
- Develop and maintain AI and data-related policies, SOP, and checklist, ensuring periodic review and updates to align with evolving business needs, industry best practices. And regulatory requirement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data quality management and project management.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CDMP) are a plus.
