What's more, you will enjoy attractive benefits including: - Outpatient, dental, optical, medical insurance and yearly health screening package - Mobile and parking allowance - Rest day allowance for handling events on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays - Accessibility via LRT/KTM (Abdullah Hukum station) - Monthly employee engagement activities and many more Salary Range Up to RM 2,000 based on experience **Responsibilities**: - Providing support to the Learning and Development division by performing administrative tasks such as preparing training brochures, marketing programs, responding to general training inquiries etc. - Organize and coordinate in-house and public training programs by making arrangements for training venue, lodging of speakers and/or participants and on-ground support for physical events - Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on time payment of all POs and invoices received while keeping internal tracking up to date and accurate - Monitoring trainings expenditure within approved budgets without compromising the standards and quality of the trainings - Maintaining updated client database and training records **; Requirements**: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent - Relevant working experience in training industry with familiarity in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or related software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Team player with strong ability to motivate, inspire and consistently exceed expectations - Able to work in a team or independently with mínimal supervision If you are yearning for more experience in a smaller setup, I'd like to hear from you.
