Description

**Primary Objective**:
To defend the quality of loan assets through proactive management of high-risk accounts identified to be under EAM strategy, early recognition of potential problematic accounts and advising originating unit on appropriate remedial actions to avoid impairment and provision.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage selected high-risk accounts with exposure

RM5.0mil identified under EAM including monthly updates to Group Credit Committee and initiate appropriate action plans to improve the risk-profile and manage the accounts out of the EAM category or exit the relationship.

Monitor and supervise accounts identified under EAM together with ARM of originating units including advising on appropriate remedial strategy to improve the risk-profile of the accounts or exit plans.

Monitor the market and economic situations that may warrant immediate actions or strategy to be taken to safeguard the Bank's interest in respect of the GBB portfolio.

Continuous and consistent monitoring of key risk indicators for critical accounts.

Timely review of EAM accounts with ARMs

Minimum 8-10 years working experience in credit with exposure to SME. Possess good credit writing and analytical skills

Well informed on credit analysis

Good understanding of key bank processes Business financials and planning knowledge Good problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge on analytical tools Good written communication skills
