**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and market share in the F&B segment. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding distribution networks, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role also requires market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business strategies.
**Job Specification**:
1. Education and Qualifications
- Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Experience
- With 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in fast foods or related categories, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing large-scale business development projects.
3. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of the FMCG distribution network and channel dynamics (retail, wholesale).
- Knowledge of market research techniques, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis.

5. Key Responsibilities
a. Business Growth and Revenue Generation
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue in the fast foods segment.
- Develop partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand the customer base.
b. Sales and Account Management
- Oversee and manage key accounts to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
c. Market Research and Strategy Development
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns to boost product visibility.
d. Team Collaboration and Leadership
- Collaborate with centralise kitchen to align business strategies and product offerings.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure effective product positioning and market penetration.
e. Operational Efficiency and Reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of contracts, pricing agreements, and distribution logistics.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives for senior management.
