**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MARKETING**
- Develops and executes monthly and annual marketing budgets.
- Assist to lead and supervise the sales & marketing team (Digital Marketing as well)
- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of dealership products and/or services.
- Works with the dealer and sales manager to develop upcoming ad campaigns and the custodian of Proton Marketing Scorecard, Outlet Monthly Marketing Plan & PDCA
- Prepares marketing and other reports and presents them to Management Team
- Communicates marketing efforts to all dealership employees
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance

**SALES**
- Assistant sales managers report & assist sales managers by overseeing the sales staff and developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales.
- In charge of the planning, implementation and execution of the company’s business plan
- Responsible for the branch’s daily operational activities
- Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction (SSI), delivering exceptional service and follow-up
- To design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales & after sales as per Proton’s instructions

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work under pressure and independently, plan, coordinate, execute and propose effective daily task with all departments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experienced in automotive sales & marketing would be an advantage
- Responsible, meticulous and possess a good working attitude.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
