Company Background We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry, looking for Marketing Manager to be based in Sungai Long, Kajang. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and on-ground promotions.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure ROI.Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.Conceptualize and execute promotional events and campaigns aligned with business goals.Generate innovative ideas that meet company objectives and ensure timely delivery of impactful outcomes. Requirements At least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership, communication, and creativity.Good knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, email, etc.).Able to analyze market trends and manage budgets.Team player with good problem-solving skills.
