**Position : Motor Claims Executive - Car Hire Excess Reimbursement**

**Tenure : Permanent**

**Working Hour : Standard**

**Working location : Jalan Duta**

**Salary : RM 3500 - RM 4000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, validate new claims and handle them.
- Review and approve claims within authority. Prepare claims files for presentation to capacity partners for large losses and also internally where outside of scope/authority.
- Respond to client communications.
- Diary follow-ups.
- Validate claims for other 3rd party schemes.
- Establish proof of loss by studying Rental documentation such as Agreements and invoices.
- Document claims’ actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
- Resolve claims by approving or denying documentation; calculating benefit due; initiating payment or composing denial letter.
- Maintain quality customer services by following company customer service practices; responding to customer inquiries.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations and other CPD as requested.

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims
- High level of communications and interpersonal skills with practical Insurance knowledge. Good teamwork, ability to keep pace with new developments and proactive self-starter

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
