Account Director- Motor Claims

**JOB DESCRIPTION AS ACCOUNT DIRECTOR**

**- External**:Insurance consignors

**Salary**:RM10,000 to RM15,000

**Bonus**:

- Performance bonus depending on performance of individual, business unit and company.

**Key Knowledge and Execution Areas**
- Maintain an outstanding knowledge of insurance and claims processing, including the incentives that drive the bottom line for the insurance industry claims departments.

**Reporting to the General Manager of Pickles Asia, your duties will be**:
1. Increasing the number of vendors (Primarily insurers) and the overall amount of inventory put to auction each month.

2. Developing, sustaining and selling in the concept of a Malaysia-wide shared insurance claims assessment center.

3. Building a pre-intake and sales Support team to service the buyers, creating an easy transfer of ownership service between our vendors and buyers.

4. Deliver outstanding customer service to both vendors and buyers to ensure we achieve maximum returns on every vehicle put to auction.

5. Make Pickles Asia an indispensable part of our customer’s business operations and create barriers to entry for competitors.

**Other Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor and control all pre-intake of vehicles and ensure prompt completion of extracting vehicles from repairers to Pickles yard
- Complete pre-auction activities, including valuation work, lotting preparation and order, reserve review and recommendation, marketing activities (including showcasing marketing work to vendors)
- Complete all post-auction reporting activities, including offer/sale recommendations, explanations of success or anomalies, vender vs. auction trend reporting.
- Conduct monthly reporting with vendors, quarterly account reviews (vendor vs. industry trends), cost reduction advisory, industry knowledge sharing, and taking vendor feedback to the company.
- Maintain a client relationship log in the company CRM, and submit monthly sales reports to the Executive team.
- Ensure all vendor and buyer requests and complaints are responded to promptly, politely, and in accordance with Pickles procedures.
- Assist in training and development of staff in specific vendor requirements. - Assist in the auction process to maximize vendor returns.
- Report on relevant sales issues at the fortnightly Departmental Managers meeting

**Key Performance Indicators**

1. Volume of vehicles sold each month

2. Clearing pre-intake vehicles with a success rate of 90% acceptance within 2 months average

3. Developing a vehicles assessment center and making it work with insurance consignors 4. Signing up new insurance consignors

**Work experience preferred**:
1. Have work experience with the Motor Claims department in Insurance companies

2. Have excellent PR skills.

3. Have good skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

4. Good communication skills in English.

5. Passionate about making a positive impact to the company and for clients

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
