To lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Driving team performance to maximize sales and expense controls.
- Hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales
- Collaborating with Area Manager/Outlet Manager to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends and economic indicators in the retail industry.
- Creating a high performance culture through motivation, counselling, product knowledge education and etc.
- Escalating issues to the management.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Sales Manager will report to the General Manager or CEO.
- Work is normally performed in a typical retail outlet work environment.
- Work location : Penang (HQ), Johor Bahru, Selangor, Kuantan, Kedah
- Can located any state.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years and above of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role for Sales Manager or Outlet Managers, store management and/or managing a team of at least 5 members experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong in decision making and result-oriented.
- Proven organizational skills - able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively.
- Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity.
- Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Tries new ideas, takes calculated risks, and encourages others to do the same, as appropriate.
- You have intermediate at Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, proficiency.
- You have intermediate selling experience.
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
