Flower Inventory Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
Flower Preparation & Coordination:
- Trim, clean, and prepare flowers for arrangements with attention to detail and precision.
- Ensure the proper handling and care of flowers to maintain freshness.
- Coordinate with team members to understand specific customer order requirements.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage floral inventory, ensuring a diverse and well-stocked selection.
- Track and report on the availability of specific flowers and seasonal variations.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on all floral arrangements to meet established standards.
- Address any issues related to the quality or appearance of the flower stocks.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members, including florists, to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate on special projects or events requiring floral expertise.
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with customers.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings, as required.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or training in floral design is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the floral industry is desirable.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
