**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning & Controlling project activities via Project Delivery Plan
- Creating Epics & Features in the DevOps Platform
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Work Items execution
- Carrying out risk assessment and preparing mitigation plan
- Conduct Sprint Retrospectives and prepare Status Update Reports
- Using DevOps & Teams to keep track of people and progress
- Assisting with the project accounting, costing and billings
- Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management

**QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS/ BEHAVIOURS**

Educational Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration or any other fields.

2. PRINCE2 Agile knowledge would be advantageous

Skills & Experience

1. Hands on experience in Project Management / Project Implementation (Min 5 yrs.), completing at least 2 full cycles.

2. Experience working on project testing on documentation is preferred.

3. Knowledge in Payroll Operations, Payroll Engine Project Implementation and Outsourcing.

4. Knowledge in HR Apps (HCM, HRMS, Employee Self Service ESS).

5. Knowledge in Risk Management would be advantageous

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
